3) Post it or keep it somewhere you can read it daily to measure your progress and to see yourself “DOING” what you say you will do. Reminder: Give yourself a pat on the back when you do and reaffirm that “you can” when you come up short. Remember: Success is a journey of failures that are finally overcome! |
