Please find below a self-help program to get you started in identifying areas in your life that you recognize need to change. Grab your journal or a sheet of paper and “Let’s start the change today!”
1) Write down your: I SHALL, I CAN, I MUST’s!
2) Write down your: Personal why/how?
3) Post it or keep it somewhere you can read it daily to measure your progress and to see yourself “DOING” what you say you will do. Reminder: Give yourself a pat on the back when you do and reaffirm that “you can” when you come up short. Remember: Success is a journey of failures that are finally overcome!
